Jab life mein stress ho uss jagah pohonchne jaha kam stress ho, yeh na bhoolo ke kal kissine nahi dekha. Kya pata uss jagah pohonchte pohonchte saansein kam pad jaaein. So khush rehna hai toh ab hi raho, mehnat karo par stress mat lo. Apni shakti se jo ho paae karo. Yoga asan bhi apne shakti ke hisaab se karte hain, samay ke saath sab siddha ho jata hai. Issliye khushi ko sabse ooncha darja do apni zindagi mein.
